Tonight I actually am off to France. It has been a dream of mine and Jessica's for about 2 years. It is exciting that this is actually happening. I promise to be a better blogger than this post.
Paula (your mother-in-law) and I (your father-in-law) wish you the best and hope that this adventure is successful. We will miss you (not just your cooking). Work hard and learn hard, but relax and enjoy it also.

What a surprise to recceive your phone call -- and it was so clear!! You are learning already -- visiting the markets etc. How do you converse with the people? When you come home, we have converted one of our squash courts into a driving range -- so you can practise anytime you want. Am anxious to read your next report on your adventure.
