PASTA

YESSERY>>>IVE DONE IT!!!
I made fresh pasta together with nonna today for lunch.. and it was amazing. It did take an hour to role the Pichi..yes pronounced how its spelled. We rolled pasta for about an hour (pictures are online) adn then ate in a sauce which wasnt really a sauce bt made the pasta taste really good. IT was bread crumbs with garlic oil adn anchovy paste (homemade by the way). And mix all together and eat, it gave the pasta a really good crunchy flavour.

It also rained today so I went to the other barn with Nicla and I finished the door frame and covered the chimeny and got it ready for installing the wood burning stove.
tonight I am just relaxing I guess, I took a nap but not doing much.

That is about it though, as far as I can think of....
