Hi Paris..again!!

I left this morning around 9:30 from my place in strasbourg for the train station, and my luggage is heavy adn the wheel on one of my suitcases broke and i was dragging at least 30 kg and it started to hurt and so I hailed a cab to take me the rest of the way to the train station. When I was at teh train station I tried to fix the wheel with tape...(too much watching mythbusters i guess) and it worked for about 5 minutes and then it just stopped turning and just dragged, then lifting the two suitcases onto the train was litterally a pain, my left arm started to hurt really badly, and I started getting bad chest pains. So I just left it at that.

The train was delayed by over a half hour, so we got an envelope to put mail it in for 33% off our next train ticket. Oh well, not sure if I can do that since I dont have a return address here.

I got to paris, and got a cab to take me to my mothers friends house in the suberbs, the guy drove so slow..like 10 km under the speed limit, and it was getting frustrating, then suddenly he asked me if i spoke hebrew, I said yeah. And we started a conversation. The guy is jewish and visits israel frequently, so I said to him cna you give me a discount? he says no. Anyways when we got to my destination he says, since I have to get back to Paris, Ill give you a free ride if you want. I said thanks but I will probably stick around here for a few minutes before leaving. I paid my fair and he only took 20 euros not the rest, he said a jew should help another jew out. So my fair costed me 6 euros less...maybe he felt bad for ripping me off..lol I actually counted it was 10 cents for every 6 seconds being in the car...EXPENSIVE!!

I put my suitcases in the garage, and then my moms friend drove me to the mall where there was a metro station that could take me into paris. I went into paris looked around but nothing really that I could use, so I had a small dinner, really a lunch to be honest. and now I am sitting in the terminal in CDG waiting for my flight to Manchester! I have some more plans for my next two weeks of travel, its really exciting. I will be staying witha family in the mountains on the coast of brittany. Should be fun.

And thats about it!! Salute!
Yehuda
