I rrived here in Perigueux early fternoon, and figured I would cement my plans for tomorrow, by finding a car to rent, or at least a scooter so I can drive out of town to see foie gras farms.
Well that fell apart quickly, when no rental car companies here have automatic transmission vehicles, and no one is open today because its monday and everything is closed on monday. Plus the tourisim office was extreamly unhelpfull. So I walked around the city bit and just relaxed trying to find information on the internet, but still when I ask people bout hte stuff I read they have no clue what I am talking about...kinda funny. Anyways I had an ok dinner nothing great, but I had food from the region like foie gras, duck leg and duck terrine, which tasted ok , but I know how I would like it.
anyways there is a terribel thunderstorm happening right now, the thunder is extreamly loud...(jessica would be scared by the sounds...but not hooda...lol) and im sitting here just relaxing. Its supposed to ran a lot tomorrow so im not sure what I will do but we'll see.
