My day starte dout like every other one..wake up early shower go to work. The begining of the day went smoothly, I got my prep done quickly so started doing prep for the weekend as well to get ahead and so I dont leave the otehr guys in the weeds or anything like that. So an interesting thing is even during service we do prep to get ahead and everyone jumps in and gives hand.
Because I stand practically next to the chef I have conversations with him. Interestingly enough we are able to converse with eachother in french and actually have dialogue. Funny because my french still sucks although I am now able to converse better with my co workers.
anyways things are going well, glad to have a few days off now as my knees are starting to hurt. have a great weekend everyone
