first day wrap up

So my first day is over, and I had a great time. I worked the line myself and although I had soem difficulty with the language barrier it was in the most part ok. It was fun and I had a great time. Some high points were using only copper pots.. now I am not sure how many people can appreciate it but I loved it. Everyone sits down and has a meal together before service. Also when a mistake happens the chef doesnt scream!!! he just asks kindly to fix it, or something liek that. But I will have to see if the Executive chef is the same way. Otherwise I am tired and want to go to bed. I didnt have that much of a break between lunch and dinner so I am going to go to sleep.
