Work!!

YEY!! so I started work today and its nice. I like that way the kitchen is set up and the way things are done. For example everyone has certain dishes on the menu that they are responsible for from the protien to the start to the veg which I think is a good thing. That way you are always thinking about the whole plate and not just your individual part of the dish.

Also everyone is friendly and when they say something in french that I dotn uderstand they show me so I know for the next time, and I am learning the words etc, not fast enough but the cooking lingo is pretty much the same.

Otherwise I am on break now until about 6:15 which is good then i go back for 5 hours and then im done!! yey!! lol

so i`ll update later on how my full day went
