This is soo exciting!!
Anyways today I went over to the rabbis house again today to help cook for shabbos, something i promised I woudl do a loong time ago but couldnt because of work...so I went ove rthere during my break and made challas, adn latkas for shabbos as well as a side dish... Stuffed eggplant with peppers and onions, it actually tastes good.
I went back to work eary though because the menu changed yesterday and my station has gotten pounded and I was worried about not having enough prep. It all worked out in the end and I hope everything continues as normal although I know tomorrow will be hectic, because Friday is fish day...the french are very big on not having meat on friday...so about 75% of the orders come off my station on friday lunch which means ...hoodas working very very very hard tomorrow and better bring his A game.
im falling asleep so ill blog again tomorrow hopefully or maybe the next one will be with jessie
