Just wanted to say thanks for everyone for all the emails and warm wishes.

New menu today and of course the first dishes went out with of course a problem because the chef didnt feel that the food was hot enough, (I burned my finger on one of them) But the other wasnt as hot, so I got a bitof a tongue lashing ( The legend of the French Chef screaming). Whatever I figured out the problem and we are working on it to fix the kinks on my station because of the way and quatities I can reheat at a time. Also bare in mind the chef wants only 3-4 portions heated up at a time. Keep in mind that during lunch ill go through about 50 portions of some things and to keep re heating only 3-4 at a time i might kill myself..well I spoke to him and we are going to work things out...diplomacy in the kitchen does work..just a tip dont do it as teh chef is screaming at you it doesnt work...I havent tried it (im smart) but i watch others do it and the result isnt nice.

side note everyone might find funny: in a kitchen of about 12 of us im the 5th oldest...hows sad is that?? IM ONLY 24!!!!!!!
