...my week is never going to end...but it will tomorrow. Which is good because I need two days off to relax and recoup. I have been under the weather lately, although I have been sleeping as much as I can, although it hasnt been much, which just meant a slow recovery. but its on its way.
btw for the record last night for dinner service we did about 475 covers for dinner. and for teh whole day we did between 750 and 850 covers.
and that is that.
