happy channuka

So I know its been a while, but I have been workign and there really isnt much to talk about there.

The new menu starts tomorrow and I am ready and I have some cool things like canadian scallops, choucroute fruit de mer and bacon wrapped salmon. The cools tuff are the sauces the main dish is nothign new to me..lol.

But I dont knwo if anyone remembers but when I first got here I would spend some time with the rabbi here and his wife on weekends, but because of work I havent gone over in a while. Anyways I decided that since I keep saying I cant come over I would go over one day on my break. So Today was that day. I went over to make latkas for the channuka party they were having that I of course couldnt go to because of work. So I offered to make latkas which I did, and I also helped out doing other stuff like setting the place up, organizing things and cooking a few other stuff. Of course I left for work before everyone got there which kinda sucked but meh what can you do.

Ill email them to see how things went but im sure they had a great time. 3 days left!!!!
